Clarence was born December 16,1939 and passed at home surrounded by loved ones. Clarence retired from Ruscilli Construction and he was an avid outdoorsman, he loved greeting the sunrises out in the woods in southern Ohio or on one of Ohio's many lakes and rivers. When hunting was out of season you would find Clarence hanging out with his friends at an archery club or a bowling alley. He was known for his quick wit, jokes and his infectious smile. There will not be a service per his request.
