1939 - 2017 Clayton A. Perkins, age 78, passed away on August 6, 2017. Born January 17, 1939 in N. Matewan, WV to the late Earklis and Rhoda Perkins. Clayton worked for The Ohio State University for over 35 years. Preceded in death by brother Earklis "Buddy" Perkins Jr. Clayton is survived by wife, Hazel; children, Debbie Collier, Jeffery Perkins, Jesse Perkins; grandchildren, Christopher Collier, Jeniffer Lunsford, Mason, Kennedy, and Daxton Perkins; sisters, Patsy, Clora Jean, Ellen (Lowell), Penny, and Elaine.
