Connie Lynne Weber, age 69, went to her heavenly home after an extended illness on Sunday, August 16, 2026. Connie was born in Columbus, OH on November 22, 1956. She is preceded in death by her parents, David Lee and Shirley Rae (Bragg) Carpenter; brother, David Carpenter; sister, Jean Jesson; niece, Dani Barney; and son-in-law Rodney Houghton. She is survived by her longtime companion, Butch Merlano; daughter, Jamie Houghton; son, Craig (Georgia) Weber; grandchildren, Samantha (JaeVaughn) Hill, Ashley (Shawn) Thornton, Maia (Reece) Ourant, Anayus Weber, Charity Weber, and Colton Weber; great grandchildren, Levi and Noah Hill, Dixie Ourant, and Elaina Thornton; niece Gracie Barney and nephew Deegan Barney as well as many additional family and friends.

Connie loved to feed and watch the birds. She loved to read; loved to cook and try new recipes. She loves Jesus and her church. She was a member of Friendly Freewill Baptist church for many years.

Family will receive friends Friday, August 21, 2026 from 4:00 PM until the time of service at 6:00 PM at the O.R. WOODYARD SOUTH CHAPEL, 1346 S High St., Columbus, OH 43207.
