Cynthia Kay Prindle, age 61, passed away June 14, 2025,  peacefully at Scioto Pointe Nursing Home in Columbus, Ohio. Cynthia was born May 21, 1964, in Columbus, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her father, Lawrence K. Prindle. Cynthia is survived by her mother, Nancy E. Prindle of Columbus; sister, Diana (Ron) Patterson of Groveport; brother, Scott Prindle of Columbus; niece, Lori (Todd) Ashcraft of Groveport; nephew, Chris (Debbie) Slatzer of Columbus; along with many great nieces and nephews. As a teenager Cindy was known to be a big old tomboy that was always up for a fishing adventure with her brother Scott. After high school Cindy worked at Alum Crest Nursing Home for 15 years. She referred to her patients as her babies. Cindy was loved by her coworkers as well as her patients.

Through out her adulthood Cindy became a warrior princess who bravely battled Schizophrenia. Cindy never allowed her mental illness to define the person she was. She was always cheerful and gabby when family would visit her. Cindy's family would like to thank the staff at Scioto Pointe for their caring and kindness to help the mentally ill.
