Daniel "Danny" J. Fugate, age 36, passed away November 16, 2018. Born September 4, 1982 in Columbus, Ohio. He is preceded in death by father, Phillip Fugate II. Danny is survived by mother, Mary Fugate; daughter, Haylee Moore; sister, Holly Arias; brother, Phillip Fugate III; longtime companion, Denise Moore and her five children; grandmother, Theresa Elliott; aunts, Joyce and Barbara; uncle, Donnie Renner; step children, Nick, Eugene, James, Alex and Randy; nephews, Phillip Fugate IV and Isiah Arias; many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Monday, November 26 from 10 am until the time of funeral service at 12 noon at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel 1346 S. High St. Fr. Vince Nguyen officiating.
