Daniel Oxley, 81,of Etna, Ohio, passed away October 9th, 2026. He was born September 25th, 1945, to the late Lawrence and Lula in Albany, Ohio. Dan was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was a kind and generous man who never met a stranger. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, and loved Bluegrass music.

He is survived by his loving wife Verna; sons Allen, and Daniel; and daughter Amber; sisters Karen Amos (Rubin), Dorothy Davis (Jim); and sisters in-law Wanda, and Debbie; grandchildren Taylor, Alexis, Daniel, Corey, and Charlie; great grandchildren Walker, and one on the way; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Lawrence and Lula, his brothers Larry, Gary, James, David, and Dale.
