David A. Mullins passed away January 18, 2015 at the age of 28. Preceded in death by sister, Deborah A. Mullins. He was born July 26, 1986 in Columbus. Survived by children, Christian, David, Alexis; girlfriend, Amy Collins; parents, Donald and Deborah Mullins; grandmother, Emma Knapp; siblings, Nikky, Donna, Donald, Trisha, and numerous nieces and nephews.
