Dawnita J. "Momma Dawn" Young, age 59, passed away unexpectedly on December 12, 2024 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Born on February 15, 1965 in Bellaire, Ohio. Dawnita is preceded in death by parents, James and Beverly (Werner) Palmer; daughter, Misty Dawn Hall; aunt, Shirley Scott.

She is survived by son, William (Breanna) Hall II; granddaughter, Wendy "Peanut" Hall; husband, Gary Young; family and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 20, 2024, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at O. R. Woodyard Co. South High Chapel, 1346 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43207.

In lieu of flowers, Dawnita's family will graciously accept contributions to assist with her final expenses.
