BEOUGHER Deborah A. Beougher, age 63, passed suddenly on Wednesday, April 19, 2017. Retired childcare provider after 22 years. Preceded in death by her parents. Survived by her husband of 35 years, John P.; daughters, Lisa (Robert) Toppins, Rebecca Engle, Ashley (Tim) Samczuk and Shannon Grubb; sons, David Grubb, James (Ilene) Grubb and J J (Melissa) Beougher; 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; siblings, Paul, Mike, Vicki and Chris; long time friend, Jodi Eckerman. Visitation will be Sunday, April 23, 2017 from 5-8 PM at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL 1346 S. High Street where the funeral service will be Monday 10 AM. Interment Fernwood Cemetery.
