Deborah Kay Sapp-Triplett, age 59, passed away on Wednesday February 18, 2026, Deborah was born on May 19, 1966, in Columbus, Ohio to the late Paul and Connie (Hayden) Triplett. As well as her parents, Deborah is preceded in death by her sister, Teresa Hayslip; brother, Jimmy Triplett. Survived by son, John Voorhies; companion, Theodore Machnik; sisters, Cheryl and Tracy Triplett and Paula (Bud) Johnson; many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation for Deborah will be Wednesday February 25, 2026, from 11:00 am until time of service at 1:00 pm at O.R. Woodyard Co. 1346 S. High St. Columbus, Oh. 43207. Pastor Tim Womack officiating. Interment Obetz cemetery.
