Debra Paulette Burns, age 68, passed away Sunday February 11, 2023, at home. She is preceded in death by her husband Billy Ray Burns of 13 years, and her daughter, Shonda Rae Burns; parents, Archel and Emma Jean Blackburn; sister, Charlotte Gayle George; brothers, Gary Blackburn, Stevie Blackburn, Paul Blackburn, and Scotty Blackburn. Debra is survived by her son, Billy Keith (Bobbi Jo) Burns; granddaughter, Keira Burns; grandsons, Quinton Justus, and Rylan Ricevuto; great-granddaughters, Remi and Reagan Ricevuto; Brother Rodney Blackburn.
