Dennis J. Sayre Sr. age 71 of Grove City passed away April 26, 2024 . He was born December 1, 1952 to his parents, the late Handley and Vina (Cordle) Sayre in Columbus. He retired from Crane Plastics after 41 years. He enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, football, and a few trips to the casino. Preceded in death by siblings, Doris, Loraine, John, and Linda; sons, Michael and Richard; first wife, Peggy. Survived by wife of 41 years, Mary; brother, Ray (Connie); daughters, Tina and Trina; sons, Chuck and Dennis (Monique) Sayre Jr.; grandchildren, Kristan, Tyler (Rachel), Shyla, Riley, and Adrian; great grandchildren, Antonio, Scarlett, Raiden, and Sophia; and many other friends and extended family. Visitation will be held Friday, May 3, 2024, from 11:00 am until the time of funeral service at 1:00 PM at O. R. Woodyard Co. South Chapel, 1346 South High Street. Interment to follow at Obetz Cemetery.
