A beloved father, spouse, uncle and grandfather passed away on Tuesday August 6th 2019 at a the young age of 53 years old. Hoolie was born July 6th 1966, in Columbus Ohio He is preceded in death by his Father Gene; Mother Pat (Carter) Powell ; Brothers Bobby and Wayne; and his niece Elizabeth Powell. Hoolie is survived by his long time companion Deletta; Children Kimberly (Chris), Donald (Kristen), Robert (Natalie), Zachary(Tiffany) and Victoria. Nieces Emily (Gary) and Erika. Grandfather to Chelsea, Alexis, Amelia, and Adrian. Kailyn, Ava, Averie and Madison. Great grandfather to Jovanni and Lillian. He was a papa to so many more. He considered his closet buddies his brothers Alan, Harvey, John and Shawn as well as a beloved sister Deborah Roop Rohrbaugh. Hoolie loved to fish, watch Ohio State football and Nascar and spend time with family and friends. He was always the jokester in the room and knew how to make people laugh. He loved music. He knew no strangers and was more loving and caring then words could ever express. He will forever be missed and remembered by every life he touched.
