STANFORD Donald Wilton Stanford, age 79, passed away Monday, March 11, 2013. Retired from Kal Kan Foods. After retirement Don enjoyed playing guitar and singing at many places throughout the Central Ohio Area. Attended Benfield Christian Church. Preceded in death by parents, Lee Roy & Itie Stanford and 6 siblings. Survived by wife of 61 yrs., Gussie; 3 children, Melissa (Kerry Stroup) Stanford, Elizabeth (William) Casto and Donald Wayne (Kellie) Stanford; grandchildren, Hailey Stroup, Scott Stroup, Lydia Stroup, Kelly Casto, Aimee Casto & Ivey Stanford; sisters, Laverne Pope and Sue Gray; many nieces & nephews. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 10:30 am at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL 1346 S. High Street Columbus, Ohio. Pastor Steve Sherrod officiating.
