Donie Estep, age 81, went to be with the Lord on May 9, 2021. She was born December 3, 1939 to her parents, Sam and Cora Cross in Beaver, Kentucky. Donie was a devoted mother and grandmother whose family meant the world to her. She was a lifelong Christian and loved singing with those at church. Preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Foster and Virgil Cross. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Don Estep; son, Phillip (Annette) Estep of Lancaster; daughter, Lisa (Paul) Spires of Columbus; grandchildren, Phillip Estep, Hannah (Michael) Piecynski, Karissa (Ryan) Hardbarger and Sarah Spires; 4 great grandchildren; sister, Pearl Mullins; and many other dear friends and family. Friends may call on Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 4 to 8 PM at the Old Time Freewill Baptist Church, 9784 Shepherd Rd, Lockbourne, OH 43137, where the funeral will be on Friday at 1 PM.
