Edna M. Herald, age 69, passed away November 11, 2017 after a courageous battle with ALS. Born November 30, 1947 to Froy and Sadie Clay Williams in Delbarton, WV. She was a member of American Legion Post #144 Women's Auxilliary. Edna was loved very much by all her family. She was a generous and great cook, especially her famous cabbage rolls. She was a beautiful and loving mother, grandmother, and wife of 53 years to Jacob Herald who preceded her in death. She is also preceded by her brother, John Williams and father, Froy. Survived by mother, Sadie; daughters, Angela (David Case) Herald and Jayelynn (Jim) Tomlinson; grandchildren, Melissa Castle, Tony Castle, Courtney (Ben Ford) Tomlinson, Kristin (Caleb) Crumley; great grandchildren, Isabella Castle, Anthony Drake Castle Jr, Mila Castle, Cora Crumley and Lily Ford; and many nieces, nephews, other family, and dear friends.
