Elmer W. Duty age 74 passed on January 9, 2025. he was born June 1, 1950, to his parents the late Roy and Mary Stanton Duty in Logan, WV.  Preceded in death by Carol Duty. Survived by his wife of 51 years Peggy Lawson Duty. Daughter Donna Farley and grandchildren, Son Steven Duty; Sisters, Brenda Duty and Barbara Sue McGowen; Brothers Hi Duty and Butch Duty. Many Nieces, nephews, other family and good friends. The family ask you keep him in your prayers and thoughts. There are no services being held. Arrangements entrusted to the O. R. WOODYARD CO.
