Elmer T. Mills Jr., age 70, of Columbus, passed away Friday, February 2, 2018 at his residence. He was born February 24, 1947 in Logan, OH to the late Elmer T. Sr. and Gertrude Mills. Elmer is a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He is survived by brother, Ray (Helen) Mills; sister, Shirley Garrett; nephews, Ray Mills Jr., Stewart (Terry) Hall and Dan (Lynn) Hall; niece Debbie Horsley; and other family members and friends.
