Eura "Bay" Sampson, age 89, passed away Friday, November 9, 2012. Preceded in death by wife Myrtle Taylor Sampson, children Ricky Jean, Charlie, Sally Mae, John, Gary and Larry Sampson. Survived by daughter, Debbie Shepherd; 13 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday, at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 1346 S. High Street. Interment will be Wednesday, 1 p.m. at Ohio Valley Memory Garden in Gallipolis, OH. Special thanks to Mt.
