Eva Beatrice Hebron, age 77, passed away on July 10, 2022. She was born on April 19, 1945 in Pineville, KY to the late Newt and Mabel (Withrow) Lafevers. Eva was a proud coal miner's daughter. Her family meant the world to her. She was loving, kind, and always saw the best in everyone. Eva was a longtime member of Asbury United Methodist South Church and enjoyed being a youth leader and a part of the United Methodist Women. She is preceded in death by her devoted husband of 47 years, Floyd Hebron, sons, Timothy Hebron and Chuck Howard, daughter, Cindy Brown, and granddaughter, Michelle "Mickey." Eva is survived by daughter, Mindy (Mark) Sarratt; son, Chris Howard; grandchildren, Charles, Matt, Mandi (BJ), Tracy (Billy), Andrew (Livia), Ashley (Tylor), and Taylor; great grandchildren, Landen, Damien, Brycen, Preston, Pierce, William, Johnathan, Owen, Tucker, Charlie, Griffen, Lyle, Ellie, Gunner, Kye, Liam, Karsen, McKenzie and many nieces, nephews, dear friends and other family. Friends may come from 6 PM to 8 PM on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at the O. R. Woodyard South Chapel, 1346 South High St. Funeral will be on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 10 AM at the Asbury South United Methodist Church, 4760 Winchester Pike in Columbus, OH. Pastor Sherri Blackwell officiating. Interment Asbury Cemetery. After the burial, a luncheon will be provided at the church in the Fellowship Hall.
