Carmel Hospital January 10, 2015.She was born October 16, 1943 to the late Harold and Grace Stotler Bernthold.She was preceeded in death by husband John Miles Dennis; sons, John and Phillip Lee; brothers, Roger, James.She is survived by daughters, Gracie (Bud) Wellman, Tina Emam-Dennis of Oklahoma City, Evelyn Dennis Weaver; grandchildren, Danny, Sherrie, Rudy, Michael, Kristy, Brandon, Keith and Michelle; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Rachael, Kohen, Haley, Lil Roy "Robbie",Haliey, Perfus, Joshlynn, Kain, Elizjah, Adriean, Anthony, Alyssa, A'niah; brother, Frankie; sisters, Bertie Jean and Connie; many nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
