Flora Kearns, age 90, passed away on athyJuly 4, 2026. Born on January 15, 1936 in Louisa, KY

to Nigal and Shirley Kitchen. Preceded in death by her parents, Nigal and Shirley Kitchen; her

husband, John D. Kearns; brother, Maxwell Kitchen and sister-in-law, Sylvia Kitchen.

Flora is survived by her sons, Gary Kearns and Larry Kearns; brothers, Mitchell (Bonnie)

Kitchen, Elwood (Clara) Kitchen, Eddie Kitchen and Nigal Dave (Cathy) Kitchen;

numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be Friday, July 10, 2026 from 5-8 pm

at the O. R. WOODYARD COMPANY CHAPEL 1346 S. High Street where the funeral

service will be Saturday at 12:30 pm. Interment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery. Please
