Florence Wheaton, age 84, of Lancaster, OH, passed away at Fairfield Medical Center Thursday, October 23, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. Florence was born on January 26, 1941 in Inez, KY. She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Wade Wheaton; parents, Bert and Annabelle Cline; daughters, Deborah Bostic and Terry Hawk; brothers, Merle, Marvin, and Bert Jr. Cline; and sisters Vetress White and Nancy Varney. Florence is survived by her son, Rick (Debbie) Farmer; sisters, Patsy (Earl) Aurand and Barbara (Dale) Stewart; brothers, Larry (Dottie) Cline (who subsequently passed on Monday, November 3, 2025) as well as Roger (Debbie) Cline; grandchildren, Angela, Tobi, Dana, and John; several great grandchildren; special friends, Dee and Jamie; cousin, Scott; numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. In keeping with Florence's wishes to be cremated, no public services will take place. Final arrangements entrusted to the O.R. WOODYARD CO. South Chapel.
