Fred Thomas Jeffreys, age 74, passed away Monday April 7, 2025, at his home. Fred graduated from South High School class of 1968. He served on the Columbus Fire Department, retiring after 30 years of service. Fred is preceded in death by his daughter Stacy Jeffreys and grandson Robert Oliver. He is survived by wife of 40 years, Shirley Caldwell and son, Max Caldwell, grandson, Fred Oliver; granddaughters, Cassondra Oliver (Troy Alan Shiltz), and Stevie Bentley; and many many friends.Fred was a proud fire fighter, avid motorcyclist, and hot rodder. He lives on through the many good deeds and the lives he touched throughout his life. Visitation for Fred will be Wednesday April 16, 2025, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at O.R. Woodyard South High Street Chapel 1346 S. High St. Columbus, Oh. 43207.
