Fred L. Stewart, age 80, of Millersport, OH, passed away at his residence Tuesday, December 10, 2024. Fred was born January 12, 1944 to his parents, the late Fred G. and Janey Stewart. He retired after 50 years as a meat cutter from R. Wilke Meats, United Provision, and Bower & Sons Meats. Fred is preceded in death by his daughter, Anna; brother, Larry; and stepson, Ed Calvert. Fred is also preceded by his wife of 43 years, Phyllis, who was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandma. Fred really missed her and now they will be together again. He is survived by his son, Freddy (Michelle) Stewart; sister, Donna Bunfill; grandchildren, Ronnie and Ritchie Brinley; stepdaughters, Phyllis Payne and Jeanette Chandler; step daughter-in-law, Barb Calvert; many good friends, including Jim Bower, Allen Scott, and Darrell Riggs. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 18, 2024 from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. at the O.R. WOODYARD CO. South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. in Columbus, OH. Pastor John Williams officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
