Gary Mikel Foster, age 69 passed away on Friday, September 23, 2016 at Grant Medical Center. He is preceded in death by parents, Jay and Gussie Foster; brother Larry. Gary is survived by his wife Wanetta Foster; daughters, Ruby (Gary) Decot and Michelle Williams (Joe Boyd); grandchildren, Ashley, Michael, Kerizsa and LJ; sister, Judy (Jim) Wolfe; nephews, nieces, cousins and dear friends. Visitation will be Monday, October 3, 2016 from 12:00 noon until the time of service at 2:00 pm at the O.R. WOODYARD CO CHAPEL 1346 S.
