Gary A. Jacobs, age 38, passed away on July 25, 2024 at Mt. Carmel Grovecity. He was born on April 8, 1986 to Peggy Jacobs and the late Carl Jacobs. He is preceded in death by his father, Carl Jacobs. He is survived by his wife, Katie Blackman; daughters, Maci Heart, Allison Hope, and Everleigh Dream; mother, Peggy Jacobs; aunt, Cindy Redmon, many other family and friends.
