Gary Lee Parsley, age 63, passed away on January 22, 2019. He was born in Williamson, West Virginia on February 9, 1955 to Robert and Lois Parsley. He was preceded by his brother, Robert Randall. Survived by, parents; four sons, Gary Lee II, Jeffrey Brian (Sheila), Robert Ryan, and Steven Michael (Sammy); three grandchildren, Megan, Zachary, and Bradley Parsley; one step granddaughter, Jazmine Council; great grandson, Colson; many cousins, and numerous close friends.
