Germaine A. Burgess, age 50, passed away on October 14, 2025. Born September 4, 1975 in Columbus, Ohio. Graduate of Hamilton Township High School; he went on to serve in the U.S. Navy. After the service he started a career in trucking. Everyone loved Germaine even though he stubborn at times. He was very proud and enjoyed the time he shared with his children and only grandson. Germaine is preceded in death by father, George Burgess; and close grandmother, Pearl. Germaine is survived by son, Noah (Jullian) Burgess; daughters, Christina Burgess and Serenity Vickers, mother, Cherry Ann Burgess; grandson, Everett Burgess; sister, Rhonda Burgess; brother, Conrad Brown; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and numerous friends.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 11:00 am until the time of funeral service at 1:00 PM at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel, 1346 South High Street.

Interment to follow at Fernwood Cemetery.
