Gloria J. Wassmuth, age 87, passed away April 7, 2013. Born Oct. 5th, 1925. She was born, raised, and stayed in the South End of Columbus which she was very proud of. She shared a carry-out G & E with her husband of 33 yrs., Edward C. Wassmuth, whom she was preceded in death by. She was a long time employee of Sloan Drugs, and was a huge OSU Sports fan. She was a simple woman that was stubborn, feisty, and usually right, which she has passed on to all of us that she left behind. She is survived by her children, John (Susie), Linda (Joe), Bill, and Gary (Mary Kay); her 7 grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL 1346 S. High Street where the funeral service will be Thursday, April 11th at 10:30 am. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery.
