Harold "Junior" W. Smith Jr. age 65 of Columbus, passed away October 22, 2017. Junior was born December 24,1951 in Washington Court House to the late Harold and Mary Smith. Junior was a lifelong roofer and worked many years for Road Runner up until his illness. Junior is survived by his wife of 11 years, Doris Smith; children, Laura Rogers (Del Miller), Crissy (Aaron) Weaver, Dewey (Tabitha) Rogers, and Jamie (Jeff) Moore; 4 grandsons, 5 granddaughters and 1 great grandson who are and were his most pride and joy. He is also survived by brothers, Larry Smith, James Smith of Columbus, sisters, Louella (TJ.) Maynard of Columbus, Betty Messer Of Columbus, Debbie Orsbon of the Plains Ohio; many nephews and nieces and great nephews and great nieces. Junior also has many, many long time friends that have been by his side since the very beginning. Preceded in death by father, Harold W. Smith; mother, Mary L Smith; brother, Richard A. Smith; brother-in-laws, Roger and Richard Swanson, Douglas Messer and Kenneth Orsbon. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 26, from 5 pm until the time of funeral service at 7 pm at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel 1346 S. High St. Pastor Jack Johnson officiating.
