Harold Watts, age 87, passed away on September 1, 2024. Born May 30, 1937 in Hindman, KY to the late Floyd and Loretta Watts. Harold was a carpenter and home builder from the age of 16 until he eventually retired some 50 years later. He was a devoted member of Parsons Avenue Church of God. Harold was a loving and caring husband and father as well as an avid UK basketball fan. He is preceded in death by his parents and several siblings. He is survived by wife, Lavina Watts; daughters, Kathy (Brad) Mitchell, Leah Watts, and Sandra (Michael) Gallion; sons, Harold Watts and James Watts; stepson, Roy (Pam) Mitchell III; grandchildren, Matthew (Meghan), Mitchell, Lance, Mason, Christopher, Alexander, Kylee, Michael, Holly (Josh), Joshua (Stephanie), Matthew (Riley), and Elise; great grandchildren, Nolan, Jack, Ella, Braxton, Boston, Brooklyn, Connor, Holly, Kaylie, Cayden and Colton other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Monday, September 9, 2024, from 10:30 am until the time of funeral service at 12 noon at Parsons Avenue Church of God 3389 Parsons Ave. Pastor Brice Utt officiating. Interment Obetz Cemetery.
