Hazel Crabtree, 88 years old. Resident of Obetz, Ohio passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, August 31st, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones.

Hazel was born on March 24th, 1936 in Hawesville, KY, the late daughter of George and Bertha Caldwell. In addition to her parents, she is proceeded in death by her late ex-husband, Henry Fred Crabtree, lifelong partner Herman Chandler, sisters- Betty Martin; Sylvia Hale; Molly Brewer, brother- William (Bill) Caldwell, son George (Willy) Crabtree, grandson Justin Crabtree, and granddaughter Amber Vernon.

She is survived by her son Fredrick (Bonnie) Crabtree, daughters; Andrea (Terry) Vernon; Sandrea Marioth, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

A memorial tribute to celebrate Hazel's life will be held on Monday, September 9th, 2024 from 5 pm- 8 pm at O.R. WOODYARD Funeral Home 587 Main St, Groveport, OH 43125.

Hazel will be laid to rest at Shady Grove Cemetery in Louisa, KY on Wednesday, September 11th, 2024 with a graveside ceremony to be officiated by preacher, Pam Sprague at 1 pm.
