Hazel L. Fessler, age 74, passed away April 6, 2018. Born April 14, 1943 in Galia County, Ohio to the late Harold and Clarissa Spurlock. She is preceded in death by husband, Kenneth Fessler; sisters, Helen and Dorothy; and son-in-law, Donny Stumbo. Hazel is survived by children, Kenneth (Bernice) Stapleton; Curtis (Donna) Stapleton, and Bridget Stumbo; grandchildren, Aaron and John Stapleton, Curtis, Cassie and Thomas Spurlock, Chelsie Stapleton, Clarissa Wylie, and Donny Stumbo; numerous great grandchildren, brothers, Harold (Diane) Spurlock, Clarence (Wanda) Spurlock, and Thomas Spurlock; other family and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 12 from 10 am until the time of funeral service at 12 noon at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel 1346 S. High St. Interment Zion Cemetery in Hamden, Ohio.
