Helen Jane Baker, age 90, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2025. She was born on July 8, 1934, to the late Harmon and Viola (Minor) Arledge. She was a strong and independent women.

She is preceded in death by her parents; children, Lawrence "Jeff" Fields and Edmond "Howard" Fields; siblings, Walter Arledge, Doyle Arledge Alvin Arledge, Marion Arledge, Homer Arledge, Leota Pence, Gladys Everetts and Doloris Dozier.

She is survived by her sister, Laura Morris, children, Leo (Cheryl) Arledge, William (Peggy) Fields, Karen (Michael) Carl, Charlotte "Diane" Blankenship, Kevin (Corinna) Fields; daughter-in-law, Debbie Fields; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and many additional family and friends.

Friends and family can call from 11:00Am until time of service at 1:00PM, on Monday, April 21, 2025, at the O.R. WOODYARD Co. 1346 S. High St, Columbus, OH 43207. Interment will follow at Beckett Cemetery.
