Helen Hayes, age 79, passed away at Ohio Health Doctors Hospital West June 15, 2015. Born to the late Charlie and Reva Hammond. As per her wishes, Helen will be cremated with no immediate funeral service. Survived by loving husband of 29 years, Alex Hayes; sons, David Hayes and Jeff Hayes; daughter, Lagina Phillips; sister, Jean (Ralph) Edsell; Nephew, Jeff (Jenni) Edsell; their sons Nate and Ben; grandchildren, Brett Phillips (Kim), Candace Hayes; great grandchildren, Ethan Hayes, Jordyn Capps, Jasmin Capps, Elias Phillips, and Everett Phillips. A Memorial service will be at the United Methodist Church 2684 Columbus St, Grove City, OH 43123, at a later date. Inurnment will take place at Union Cemetery. Pastor Tom Wilson assisting with services. There will be a memorial service celebrating her life and Home going at 11:00am on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at The Grove City United Methodist Church, 2650 Columbus St., Grove City, OH.
