Hong Thi Phan, 75, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2025 with her family at her side at OSU Wexner Medical Center. She will be cherished by her children, Lam (Sherrie), LuAnn, Lenny (Lindsy), Ai (Noy), Ten (Ngan), grandchildren, Phoenix, Evely, Dylan, Alvin, Alana, Kem, Coca, nieces, and nephews.

We lost a great Mom, a great Grandma and a great source of guidance. She will be fondly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to have been part of her life. Forever in our hearts.
