BRUNTY Ida J. Brunty, age 58, passed away at home with her family and friends at her side. Retired from Columbus Public Schools where she was an Art Teacher at Johnson Park Middle School. Preceded in death by father, Vernon O. Wears. Survived by husband of 39 years, David; daughter, Rachael (Nathaniel Ringer) Brunty; mother, Bonnie Wears; brother, Daryl (Diana) Wears; sister, Ellen (David) Freeman; aunts, Janet Hendricks, Jane Woyan, Leona Gordon and Delores Flint; two nieces and a nephew. Friends may call at O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St., Wednesday 5 pm until time of service at 7 pm. Pastor Don Bowman officiating.
