Jack L. McCormick, age 60, passed away at home surrounded by friends and family September 10, 2018. Preceded in death by his mother, Charlotte and grandmother, Mary Murphy. Jack is survived by the love of his life, Teresa; loving sons, Jack and Michael; brother, Mike; sisters, Vickie (Jim) Risner and Becky (Dave) Wooten; Aunt, Patty; numerous extended family and friends along with his devoted best friend, Joe Streitenberger, who was always by his side.
