James William Arrington Jr., age 45, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 21, 2025 in Baltimore, OH. James was born November 26, 1979 in Columbus, OH to Aretha Jean and the late James William Arrington Sr. James loved life and never met a stranger. He loved singing and sharing the good news of the Lord with everyone. James proudly owned and operated Mid Ohio Concrete, and served in the industry for over 20 years. He attended and served at Full Gospel Sons of God for many years, as well as Clime Road Church of God. James was a loyal Ohio State Buckeyes and Kansas City Chiefs fan. James is survived by his wife, Alicia Arrington; mother, Aretha (Jimmy) Atwell; grandmother, Margie Lytle; children, Caleb (Debbie) Ross, Ivey Arrington, Olivia Hoskins, and Dominic Hoskins; grandchildren, Lucy, Lilly, Lincoln, and Lylah Ross; siblings, Jami Arrington, Amber (Tucker) Holt, JR (Kacey) Atwell, and BJ Frye; numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. Visitation for James will be Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 2 p.m. until time of funeral service at 4 p.m. at the Full Gospel Sons of God Church, 1665 Harrisburg Pike, Columbus, OH 43223.
