James A. Perry Sr age 87, passed away at home on June 27, 2025.  Born in Columbus, Ohio on May 26, 1938.  Hamilton High School Graduate.  James worked as a heavy equipment operator and was a 60-year member of Local 18, The International Union of Operating Engineers. Preceded in death by parents, Ralph and Helen Perry; brothers, Jerry Lee, Tommy and Tony; sisters, Shirley Tadeschi, Judy Grover and Ruthie Cracium.  Survived by wife, Barbara; stepson, Jeff (Mandy) Long; grandchildren, Caleb Perry, Coleman Hauck, Jared Long and Jordan (Bree) Long; great granddaughter, Junnie Long; brother, Taz (Patsy) Perry; sisters, Hess Gonzaies; special sister-in-law, Connie; several nieces and nephews. Private burial at Fernwood Cemetery, Lockbourne, Ohio. Family asks no calls or visitors at this time.
