Stepp and siblings Elowise, Louise and Mary. Survived by siblings, Roberta, Dorthy, Cleta, Gladys and Earmerl; children, James, Kenny (Tibby), Tom (Alice), Claude, Roberta (Eugene Blankenship); grandchildren, Justin, Joshoua, Helena, Jimmy Lee, Scott, Austin, James Joseph, Haley, Allen, Whitney, Tiffany, Brittany, Stephanie, Jerry, Dewey, Curtis, Billy Clyde; and several great-grandchildren.
