Janet Lucille Davis, age 87, passed away at home with her family.   Born October 29, 1938, in Portsmouth, Ohio.  Janet graduated from Portsmouth High School and later retired from Techneglas (Owens Illinois) with 34 years of service. Preceded in death by mother, Lousie (Charles) Lemon; father, Earl Dunn; siblings, Edward Dunn, James Dunn, Rosemary Chaffin, Ruth Crisp, John Lemon, Jerry Dale Lemon and Jane Lemon; daughter, Debbie Knisley.   Survived by children, Angel (Norman) Banks, Donna Routte and Donald Richard Yantis; grandchildren, John Gregory Garren, Carrissa (Robert) Allen, Kevin Nichols, Paul Nichols, Ricky Garren and Kristle Routte; 12 great-grandchildren, 1 great great grandson; brother, David Lemon (Debbie Buckman); many nieces and nephews.    Visitation will be on Thursday April 9, 2026, from 5 to 8 pm., at O. R. Woodyard Co. South Chapel, 1346 S. High St., where funeral service will be held Friday, April 10, 2026 at 11 am.  Chaplin Colin Jones officiating.  Burial will follow at Obetz Cemetery.
