Janet Marie Montgomery of Columbus, OH, age 81, passed away on April 8th, 2023. Born July 26, 1941 to her late parents John L. Schnell and Lola (Stewart)Schnell. She is preceded in her death by her husband Homer Montgomery. Surviving are her daughters, Lisa (David) Long and Tina (Gary Jones) Randolph; Son, Timothy R. Montgomery; and 6 grandchildren; sisters, Donna McDavid and Helen Wilk; brother, Raymond L. (Ellen) Schnell; many nieces, nephews and dear friends. She worked at the Columbus Public Schools as a food service manger where she later retired from. Janet was apart of many organizations such as the American Food Service organization, she was a member of the A.F.L.C.I.O., ASME #143, and a member of the Nazarene church of Obetz.
