Jay Dee "Stumpy" Blythe, age 55, of Carroll Ohio, passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at home. Born in Columbus Ohio to the late John James and Mary Ellen Blythe. Jay was a permanent hang around of the Outlaw Motorcycle Club. Preceded in death by his parents. Survived by his brother, John Wesley Blythe and partner, Monica Elizabeth Nelson Williams.
