Jeannette Earlene "Gigi" Allison, aged 63, passed away on August 25, 2024, in Columbus, Ohio. Born on May 16, 1961, in St. Clairsville, Ohio, Gigi was a beloved figure in her community and an emblem of resilience, having triumphed over breast cancer twice.

Gigi was a dedicated wife to her husband, John Allison, and a nurturing mother to her daughters, Mariah Allison, Rauchelle (Byron) Allgood and LaSha Allison. She was also a cherished grandmother to Makayla, Evan, Kamora, Jayshaun, and Camille.

Known affectionately as the team mom, Gigi was deeply involved in her children's extracurricular activities, supporting teams and groups in volleyball, basketball, band, and theater. Her passion and dedication to her family and community were evident in every aspect of her life.

Gigi is survived by her loving husband, daughters, grandchildren, and siblings Madelyn "Cookie" Sanders, Teresa Rice, and John Rice. Sister in law, Katrina Allison. She also leaves behind her nephew and nieces, Lee, Ruthee, TerryLynn, Christian, Jessica, Jasmine and Julia as well as her close friend, Trish Slasor. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emmett and Ruth Rice, and her brother, Emmett "Buddy" Rice.

Gigi Allison's legacy of love, courage, and community involvement will be remembered and cherished by all who knew her.
