Preceded in death by his father, Harold Murphy; mother, Betty Lee VanMeter; brothers, Richard VanMeter and Danny VanMeter. Survived by sons, Kenny Murphy (Michelle Sauer) and Jerry (Rita) Murphy Jr.; grandchildren, Keith Sauer, Kayla Murphy, Cejay Murphy, Andrea Murphy, Alyssa Murphy and Justin Murphy; great grandchildren, Khloe, Stavanna, Louie and Klayden; brothers, Mitchell, Larry and Terry VanMeter; sisters, Sheila Murphy, Anita Harmon and Beverly Waught; many other loved ones and friends. Friends may come Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from 5 PM until time of the service at 8 PM at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL 1346 S. High Street.
