Jerry K. Scurlock, age 76, passed away at Mount Carmel Medical Center on May 4, 2013. Born to the late Owen and Virginia (Adams) Scurlock in Athens, OH. Jerry retired from Anderson Concrete. He is preceded in death by wife Carolynn Scurlock. Survived by wife, Joanne of Columbus; daughter, Jeri Lynn and family; son, Kevin; stepchildren, Timmy (Reva), Michelle, Dessie, Steve, Ronnie; step-grandchildren, Tyler and Maisey; sisters, Jeanette (Lowel) and Elaine, both of Nelsonville; many friends and extended family. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at O. R. WOODYARD CO SOUTH CHAPEL, 1346 South High St., where service will be held on Thursday, 1:30 p.m. Pastor Al Wright officiating.
