Jesse W. Ratcliff III, age 32, passed away on March 19, 2024. Born on March 27, 1991 in Columbus, OH to Jesse and Michele Ratcliff. He is a graduate of Whetstone High School, Class of 2009. He lived to play his Playstation and XBox. When it was nice, he would walk over to the fire station and hang out. He drove the firefighters and Sheriff crazy, but they were his best friends. For better or worse, when you met him, he left a mark that you never forgot. HIs family members that have passed and survive him include his parents, Michele (Raymond) Bush and Jesse (Shannon) Ratcliff Jr.; James (Nancy) King, Jesse (Paula) Ratcliff, Gregory (Elizabeth) Qualls, Gale (Denny) Dalton, Olivia Ratcliff and Adara Collins.  He loved his family, but was very close with some and couldn't go 1 day without; including Annie "CharleeAnn". He loved her dearly. She was "his woman" despite being his cousin. Also special to him were his brother/cousins/best friend, Raymond Hazelett and Donavon Blankenship. He had a special bond with Karlee Mize. Only he was allowed to be mean to her. He loved living in a home with 6 girls, with his only complaint that they took up the bathroom too much. The relationship between he and his mother was unique, but they were best friends. Visitation for Jesse will be Monday, March 25, 2024 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the O.R. WOODYARD Co. South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. in Columbus, OH, where his funeral service will be Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Obetz Cemetery, Obetz, OH.
