RAY Jimmy Lee Ray, age 68, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2016 after a lengthy illness. U. S. Navy Veteran with two tours in Vietnam. Member of Parsons Avenue Church of God, the NRA and the American Legion. Survived by wife of 27 years, Billie; 4 children, Bill (Ronni) Krouse, Steve (Mary) Ray, Jeff (Susan) Krouse and Misty (Danny) Neff; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends; siblings, Fred Ray Jr., Ronald Harter, Dr. Melvin E. (Roberta) Harter, Cassandra Combs, Deborah (Dale) Yothers and Ronald E. (Sigrid) Harter-Ray.
